Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of SB Design & Engineering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

SB Design & Engineering provides steel joist and deck detailing services, estimation services, and professional training. All services are subject to project-specific agreements and proposals.

Project Documents

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including structural drawings, specifications, and any special requirements. We are not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables produced by SB Design & Engineering become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized project information for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Limitation of Liability

SB Design & Engineering's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

Revisions

Standard projects include reasonable revisions as part of our service. Major scope changes or extensive revisions may require additional fees, which will be communicated in advance.
